Community Park District staff met with TRIA Architects today to discuss the design of the new "lobby" space that will be part of the Recreation Center Expansion. This space will provide our residents and neighbors access to new social and recreational opportunities designed to enhance and build our community! Staff incorporated ideas that have been communicated through our Master Planning and community outreach programs such as: Indoor play space, study nooks, vending areas, comfortable seating, game tables, and more.

The new "lobby" will provide flexible space for the park district to enhance existing special events, offer new events, and recreational opportunities. Ideas generated from the work session will be incorporated into the final drawings and presented soon!
